Job summary

CrewPath Talent seeks an Architectural Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in East Texas. The PM will lead projects from concept through construction, generate construction documents in AutoCAD, and oversee schedules and budgets while guiding permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and good organizational and communication abilities to manage client expectations and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural project management experience.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency; able to independently produce full construction document sets.
• Experience with permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Produce detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with and review the work of assistant project managers and drafters.
• Lead projects through permitting and bidding; interface with city officials.
• Support construction administration, including RFIs and field issues.
• Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations.
• Track project schedules and basic budgets.
