Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in custom single-family residential design and construction.
• Bachelor of Architecture (required).
• Fluent in Revit, Bluebeam, and Lumion.
• Strong designer with technical depth.
• Clear communicator — verbal and graphic.
• Highly organized and able to manage teams and timelines.
• A team player who values accountability and craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in Revit 2026 from concept through construction documentation.
• Sketch and develop modern custom homes with clarity and restraint.
• Produce thoughtful, thorough, and precise construction documents.
• Detail custom assemblies with performance and longevity in mind.
• Collaborate daily with our in-house construction team.
• Manage budgets with design intelligence.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and collaborators.
• Guide project teams and uphold studio standards.
• Navigate LA, Santa Monica, and Culver City codes with confidence.
• Coordinate consultants and maintain schedule discipline.
