Job summary

Pikareyapi in New York, USA seeks an experienced architect to prepare detailed architectural documents and collaborate on varied project types. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

A Master’s degree in Architecture and Intern status eligibility are expected; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Experience on active construction sites and knowledge of the Ontario Building Code are noted; LEED BD+C awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience on projects; Ontario-related knowledge referenced in posting.
• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-driven and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets, etc).
• Understand Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understand Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design concepts.
• Pursue LEED BD+C accreditation as a plus.
