We're looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of design, technical excellence, and client leadership. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond managing projects and become a trusted advisor, mentor, and leader within an integrated design practice.

If you're energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll lead projects from vision through occupancy while helping shape exceptional experiences for our clients and project teams. You'll:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of design and construction.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Guide projects that balance design excellence, technical rigor, and performance.
  • Mentor emerging professionals and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and learning.
  • Anticipate challenges early, communicate clearly, and lead teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Champion innovation and leverage technology to improve project delivery.
  • Contribute to business development, client relationships, and strategic growth opportunities.
Who You Are

You're someone who naturally brings people together. You enjoy mentoring others, solving difficult problems, and creating environments where teams perform at their best.

You understand that great project management isn't simply keeping a schedule, it's aligning people around a shared vision and delivering outstanding client experiences. You are:

  • An exceptional communicator.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Curious and continually learning.
  • Collaborative and relationship focused.
  • Organized without losing sight of design.
  • Accountable for commitments and outcomes.
  • Passionate about developing others.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
  • 7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience leading complex commercial projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
  • Proficient in Revit and current design technologies.
  • Experienced presenting to clients and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means more than delivering projects. You'll be recognized for:

  • Building lasting client relationships.
  • Developing high-performing teams.
  • Elevating design through technical excellence.
  • Helping others grow.
  • Looking ahead to identify opportunities before challenges arise.
  • Contributing to the continued evolution of our practice.
