Job summary

TYG is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Orlando to lead projects from concept through construction administration. You will manage schedules, deliverables, and coordination across consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure high-quality design and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience, be a Licensed Architect, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Licensed Architect.
• Experience in municipal, industrial, healthcare or commercial sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, coordination, and day-to-day activities.
• Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
• Support ground-up project design and project delivery.
• Manage RFIs, construction documentation, and other project administration requirements.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
