Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Architectural experience with a focus on project management.
  • Strong organization and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience with restaurant architecture and ground-up projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sr. Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction and building trust striving for long-term relationships
  • Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands on support when needed
  • Develops and executes work flow logistics
  • Ensures projects deadlines are met
  • Partners and coordinates with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all requirements of contracts
  • Provides technical assistance as required
  • Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems
  • Overall accountability for client approvals
  • Exceeds client expectations
  • Recognizes potential problems and recommends solutions
  • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements
  • Maintains required documentation of all projects and drawings generated
  • Ensures proper back up procedures are carried out to reduce lost data
  • Monitors quality, accuracy and consistency of documents, details and any graphics
  • Assists in the development of standards that will ensure document quality and accuracy
  • Ensures clients brand is translated into our set and design intent is carried through Construction Documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar
  • 7+ years of Architectural experience
  • Previous People Management experience
  • Previous experience developing projects from concept through construction completion
  • Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts
  • Ability to travel for site survey or construction site visits
  • Revit experience is recommended
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must have exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team
  • Experience with restaurant Architecture at all phases of design through construction administration
  • Specialization in ground-up projects with an emphasis on Entitlements and Site Design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect or working toward licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Estimated total compensation for this position:

73,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
