Job summary

MG2 is seeking an Architectural Junior Project Manager in McLean, VA to lead the development and delivery of construction documents. You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams through all design phases, ensuring quality and compliance with design intent.

You will assist with construction administration, submittals, RFI responses, and close-out activities, while maintaining project trackers and reports, and supporting design standard implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of professional architecture/design firm experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents; documentation of various project types.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of deliverables (surveys, drawings, documents, specs).
• Ensure completeness and design intent, align with contract and MG2 standards.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external consultants on design integration.
• Coordinate deliverables with AHJ and submittal processes; attend meetings as needed.
• Participate in QA/QC of deliverables and site submittals; maintain logs and reports.
• Assist with project specs, project schedules, and design standards implementation.
