ALIGN Austin Architects in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our in-office team. This entry‑ to mid‑level role provides hands-on support for residential and commercial projects while learning the full lifecycle of design and construction in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited architecture degree, 2–4 years of experience, and proficiency in Revit. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• 2–4 years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residential or commercial projects from design development through construction.
• Assist with the preparation of construction documents and drawing sets.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Help track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Participate in design discussions, reviews, and problem-solving.
• Learn best practices for project coordination and client communication.
