Job summary

W|A Associates, Inc in San Rafael, CA is seeking motivated individuals at various experience levels—from entry- and mid-level Project Designers and Project Assistants to experienced Architects—to join our collaborative and growing team.

Reporting directly to a Principal, the position offers hands-on experience across multiple project types with emphasis on design development, construction documents, site visits, and code research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design, 3D modeling, and presentation software.
