Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams is favored.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines; conduct reviews with teams.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules, and coordinate tasks among members.
• Track budget progress, report discrepancies, and suggest alternatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact; facilitate regular project meetings.
• Assist in allocating resources and track utilization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Develop working knowledge of functional area processes.
• Participate in activities to ensure organizational success.
