Job summary

Blue Heron is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Production Specialist to handle construction documentation and detailing for high-end custom residential homes. The role involves collaborating across project phases, with a required minimum of 2 years' experience in Revit and a drive to further architectural skills.

Responsibilities include producing Construction Documents in REVIT, maintaining standards, and aiding the design team with deliverables, client presentations, and RFI/permit

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Residential architectural design experience preferred.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local building codes preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Design Managers and PMs to prepare Construction Documents and specifications.
• Produce high-quality Design and Construction Deliverables utilizing REVIT.
• Maintain production documents and the Revit model using company standards.
• Synthesize design concepts from SketchUp & ACAD into REVIT.
• Support internal design team with production and coordination of Deliverables.
• Meet deadlines, communicate with the team and maintain documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of client facing presentation files.
• Assist project team with RFI’s, Permit Revisions, etc.
• Assist with other project related duties as needed.
