Job summary

Konik is seeking an Architectural Owner’s Representative - Project Manager in Eden Prairie, MN, onsite, with a salary range of $98k-$128k per year. The role oversees owner-side planning, design, permitting, construction support, and closeout for high-visibility capital projects, coordinating with external architecture and engineering consultants to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will guide design reviews, manage consultants, and drive project outcomes

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture; Licensure is preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural project leadership experience within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or mixed-use environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing external architecture and engineering firms on behalf of an owner or client organization.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, building codes, and project delivery processes.
• Experience evaluating design quality, project risks, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct outside architectural, engineering, commissioning, and specialty consulting partners.
• Lead projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and final closeout activities.
• Facilitate design reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements, design standards, and business objectives.
• Monitor consultant performance, project milestones, contract deliverables, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate decisions among internal stakeholders, contractors, project teams and permitting agencies
• Review drawings and design packages for constructability, completeness, functionality, and cost impacts.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, change orders, risks, and overall project performance while providing leadership-level updates.
