Job summary

Craftworks USA in Oakdale, PA, is seeking an Architectural Millwork Drafter to support our Casework and Millwork division. The role focuses on translating design intent into clear, fabrication-ready shop drawings and coordinating with Project Managers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication drafting.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with a high level of detail.
• Experience with millwork software and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop drawings for custom casework and architectural millwork.
• Translate architectural and interior design drawings into fabrication‑ready documents.
• Support the submittal process by producing drawings that are complete and aligned with project scope.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet submittal schedules and priorities.
• Review work for buildability, clarity, and alignment with project requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or potential issues and elevate for resolution.
• Revise drawings based on internal review and client feedback.
• Collaborate with shop and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges.
• Produce assembly drawings, part drawings, and CNC‑ready detailing as required.
• Maintain organized drawing logs and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.
