Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Millwork & Casework Engineer in Emmaus, PA to lead design and drafting for architectural millwork projects.

The role requires producing shop drawings, manufacturing drawings, and managing CAD data to guide production and installation on-site for a client in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AutoCAD experience, familiarity with Cabinet Vision, and strong ability to read plans and prepare BOMs and cut lists while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD.
• 3+ years reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications to produce shop drawings.
• Experience with commercial millwork and casework detailing and drafting.
• AWI industry standard knowledge.
• Understanding of woodworking, CNC, edge banding, doweling, and clamps.
• Ability to create shop drawings.
• Experience creating Bills of Materials, cut lists, and G-code for machinery.

In this role you will be working as an Architectural Millwork & Casework Engineer for a client that is in the building materials manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for design/drafting for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings and managing CAD data to guide production and installation.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Autocad
• Cabinet Vision is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in reading and interpreting architectural and/or plans and specifications to produce shop drawings
• Experience with commercial millwork and casework detailing and drafting
