Job summary
Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators in the New York metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex architectural metal projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, drafting, fabrication and field operations to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence and top-quality results.
Candidates should have 4+ years managing large construction programs; strong knowledge of CPM schedules, drawings &
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing large complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of CPM schedules, construction drawings & specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Effective communicator.
- Experience maintaining project schedules.
- Experience with architectural metals, curtain wall, glass, millwork or related trades preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful execution of complex architectural metal projects from award through closeout.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, drafting, fabrication, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.
