You will manage projects from order through completion and work closely with sales reps, distributors, contractors, and Connecticut manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural lighting projects from order release through completion.
  • Coordinate with sales, distributors, contractors, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Create and manage project drawings and submittal documentation.
  • Track timelines, open items, and customer deliverables.
  • Support preconstruction meetings and field issue resolution.
