Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Junior Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead client programs through design and delivery. You will oversee development of architectural construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and support project administration.

The role focuses on design coordination, code research, and project close-out activities, with responsibilities across design phases and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including design drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate with external consultants and project partners to ensure design intent.
• Assist with QA/QC reviews and submittals.
• Provide administrative support for project teams (agendas, minutes, trackers).
• Produce accurate project reports and maintain document standards.
