Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Staff (Level 2) in Irvine, CA. The role offers hands-on design experience across project phases and collaboration with a skilled CP Market team.

Required are a professional architecture degree and 6+ years' experience, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and collaboration tools. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents and projects.
• Experience in construction administration including RFI/submittal reviews, field reports, and close-out procedures.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including surveys, drawings, docs, exhibits, and specs.
• Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents.
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination.
• Provide admin support: agendas, minutes, trackers, permits, logs, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to MG2 templates and graphic standards.
• Assist with project specifications aligned with scope and design intent.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables and consultant documents.
• Coordinate submittals with local authorities and AHJs.
• Support construction administration: site visits, field reports, RFIs, and responses.
• Produce timely work consistent with project schedules and budgets.
