Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 4–7 years of architectural office experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply SERA's graphic standards across the team.
• Create design review and client presentation graphics.
• Research and coordinate details with sub consultants.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop architectural details.
• Perform independent construction contract administration.
• Supervise and mentor 1–3 staff on projects.
• Develop architectural drawings using building codes.
• Obtain building permits through jurisdiction interactions.
• Engage with clients to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to project contract requirements.
• Develop BIM Execution Plan and manage Revit models.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
