Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program.
• 4–7 years of industry experience in an architect or interiors office.
• NCIDQ certification may be obtained but is not required.
• Experience with BIM Execution Plan, Revit, and design software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SERA's graphic standards across the team.
• Create graphic presentations for client and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with sub consultants and product vendors.
• Perform independent construction contract administration with CA lead.
• Develop floor plans and interior design elements using the building code.
• Lead portions of interiors client presentations.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
• Manage and organize work plans to execute tasks.
