Position Overview:

As a Job Captain/Revit Support, you’ll play a dual role. As Job Captain, you’ll coordinate projects from design to construction, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. As Revit Support, you’ll lead Revit software integration and support BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Captain Duties:

1. Prepare design graphics, plans, and renderings for client presentations.
2. Conduct site visits for documentation and existing conditions assessments.
3. Manage and redline project documents and construction drawings.
4. Oversee project schedules, deadlines, and agency submissions.

Revit Support Duties:

1. Support Revit integration and maintain BIM standards.
2. Train and support staff in Revit use and BIM practices.
3. Ensure accuracy and coordination of BIM models across projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Job Captain/Revit Support, with a focus on K-12 and DSA projects.
3. Strong Revit and BIM software skills; knowledge of DSA processes is essential.
4. Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
