The role spans from conceptual design to construction administration, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and guiding projects through review of shop drawings and construction documents. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architecture, expertise with multi-family projects, and strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture or Environmental Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Multi-Family projects is ideal.
• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of experience in the architectural field.
• Advanced understanding of building systems, design, value engineering, and the construction process.
• Knowledge of permitting and certification processes for building projects, codes and standards in building design.
• Understand various engineering reports associated with project construction, and integrate and coordinate all parties for completion of construction projects.
• Experience in management of project and construction schedules and budgets.
• Able to review construction pay applications, change orders, requests for information, and other construction-related documentation.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, COMcheck-EZ, and Microsoft Project.

About The Role

Join a collaborative architecture team where your work spans the full project lifecycle from crafting conceptual designs to steering projects through construction with confidence and precision. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading contract administration, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring every build stays true to the original vision. The estimated starting base salary for this role is $85,000-$100,000.
