Job summary

CRB is seeking an Architectural Intern to join our team in Irvine. You will work under a mentor to develop project deliverables, assist with 3D modeling, and contribute to floor plans, elevations, schedules, and installation details in line with CRB's VDC standards.

You'll collaborate with architectural staff on multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience and applying classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges within a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Interest in Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industry strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Must be willing to communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn about the AEC industry and apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering applications.

Responsibilities

• Developing project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications).
• Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.
• Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (vendors, clients and contractors).
