Job summary

Rineer Designs LLC is seeking an Architectural-Interior Design Technician to join our York, PA Design Studio on-site. The role focuses on drafting buildable construction documents from design concepts using AutoCAD 2D, with experience in kitchens, baths, millwork, and exterior spaces.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong detailing skills, and the ability to measure and document existing conditions. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience producing residential architectural/interior construction documents.
• Knowledge of residential IRC and Pennsylvania UCC preferred.
• Field measuring and existing-condition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate AutoCAD construction-document sets.
• Prepare existing-condition and proposed floor plans, foundation plans, roof plans, exterior elevations, building sections, and construction details.
• Produce interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and interior architectural details.
• Develop detailed drawings for kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork.
• Assist with architectural drawings for outdoor living spaces (porches, patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, etc.).
• Coordinate technical information with contractors, engineers, cabinetmakers, fabricators, vendors, and other project professionals.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, coordination, and constructability.

Remote work is not available.
