Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNC machine operation experience; glass industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and technical drawings.
• Strong precision measurement and math skills; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery used for architectural glass fabrication.
• Meet daily production targets including efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
• Read blueprints and production specifications; input and verify machine settings.
• Safely load, position and unload glass materials on CNC equipment and monitor performance.
• Perform daily machine inspections and routine preventive maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Identify and report malfunctions or quality concerns and support continuous improvement.
