Job summary

Hut 8 seeks an Architectural Engineer to support data center projects, ensuring envelope performance, egress safety, and code compliance across multiple sites. You will review architectural packages, verify layouts support equipment movement, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and fire protection teams to keep permits on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in architectural or architectural-engineering for industrial or large commercial buildings, strong Revit skills, and a licensure path

Qualifications

• IBC egress and life-safety design knowledge required.
• Experience reviewing architecture packages across projects for code compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, and fire protection teams.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural packages for envelope assemblies, egress, and accessibility.
• Coordinate life-safety plans with Fire Protection Engineer and AHJs.
• Support building permit submittals and drive plan-review resolution with partners.
• Coordinate architectural scope across disciplines and projects.
