Qualifications

• 3–6 years of architectural production experience in a design-build or professional design firm setting.
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including families, parameters, work-sharing, and shared coordinates.
• Strong understanding of building code basics, ADA accessibility standards, and fire-rated assemblies.
• Ability to translate consultant redlines and field-verified data into accurate project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own production drawing sets for small-to-mid-sized projects or packages within larger developments.
• Create construction document packages from design development through permit and bid issuance.
• Ensure architectural models align with structural, MEP, and civil systems to maintain clash-free environments.
• Generate and maintain door, window, finish, and equipment schedules for model consistency.
• Illustrate details such as wall sections, stairs/elevators, roof transitions, and waterproofing.
• Support code compliance through egress/occupancy plans and UL fire-rated assemblies.
• Manage consultant background files and distribute coordination sets.
• Mentor junior staff on drafting standards and best practices.
• Assist construction administration by processing submittals and producing supplemental drawings.
