We're hiring an Architectural Drafter (Intermediate) for a design studio in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. This is a hands-on production drafting role - you'll take redlines and sketches and turn them into clean, complete drawing sets for residential projects (homes and apartments). This is not a design or management position.

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years of experience producing complete architectural drawing sets independently
• Strong AutoCAD skills required
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Comfortable working in a Mac-based office

Nice to have: experience with NYC DOB permit filings, millwork details, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Rhino, or Studio Designer.

This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week). No remote or hybrid option.

Compensation:

$85,000-$110,000 per year
