Job summary

You will prepare construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit, develop tenant improvements, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and authorities to ensure code compliance. You’ll handle area measurements per BOMA standards, maintain detailed permit logs, and assist in project coordination across teams, while upholding Speedway core values and

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of architectural drafting or permitting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Revit preferred.
• Experience with commercial building permit processes.
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and life safety.
• Knowledge of BOMA area measurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and permit sets for tenant projects.
• Coordinate drawings with consultants and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare permit applications and track submissions with authorities.
• Perform building area measurements per BOMA standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and manage project documentation.
• Maintain compliance with codes and safety requirements.
