Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growth-oriented design firm. You will assist in development and production of design concepts, create 3D renderings, illustrations, and hand drafting to support project goals.

With 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Architecture, you will collaborate across teams to produce design packages and document materials while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial architectural design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with presentation, photo editing and modelling software.
• Model making and illustration abilities preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Basic understanding of site and building design.

Responsibilities

• Develop smaller design tasks or modifications to concepts.
• Produce graphics through 3-D renderings, computer illustration and computer drafting.
• Assist in developing and production of design concepts through studies (2-D and 3-D; hand and computer).
• Assist in completing planning packages.
• Assist in researching and documenting materials and specification.
