Job summary

Steinberg Hart is seeking a qualified Architect to develop project elements into functional plans, elevations, and sections while managing time within the project schedule.

You will engage in all phases of design, produce 3D renderings and construction drawings, and translate sketches into AutoCAD designs. The role requires collaboration, perceptive problem solving, and timely delivery of design deliverables.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to actively contribute to the project’s design advancement.
• Strong 3D visualization skills required.
• Basic understanding of working drawings and systems (structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Proficiency in Revit 2016+; renderers Maxwell/Twinmotion/Enscape; Rhino; AutoCAD; MS Office; video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all phases of the design process including programming, schematic design, design development and construction documents and construction administration.
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
• Translate hand sketches into AutoCAD designs; detail development and model making; prepare drawings for Schematic Design and Design Development; respond to redlines.
• Assist and compile project documents for Construction Document production.
• Prepare and produce meeting materials; conduct product and material research.
• Maintain project binders and files; organize documentation.
• Provide administrative support and participate in design reviews and team meetings.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues; meet deadlines for design deliverables.
