We are seeking an Architectural Designer I to join our growing design team. In this role, you will support the design/build process through architectural drafting, modeling, and rendering while assisting with design development and project documentation. Responsibilities include gathering field measurements and existing building information, preparing design concepts, and collaborating with project teams to develop creative and functional solutions. The position may also involve meeting with clients and consultants to discuss project requirements, review design concepts, and support project planning efforts.

The work environment for this position is a typical office environment with occasional construction site visits. When in the office, the physical demands require the ability to sit for long periods of time. Intermittent movement, such as accessing centrally located office equipment, lifting of 35 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing, may be necessary to perform the requirements of this position. Site visits may subject the individual to hazards commonly associated with construction. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn as required on project sites and in the warehouse.
