  • Experience with laboratory, healthcare, and public-sector projects.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Background in architectural design, drafting, design development, and production.

  • Comfort working on technically complex projects and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a small, tight-knit group and contributing to office culture.

  • Interest in continuous professional growth and in working closely with firm leadership.

Work Environment

The role is part of a growing, collaborative, and fast-paced architecture and design office in the Seattle market. About two-thirds of your time will be spent in the office and about one-third outside the office at client meetings, job sites, and field verification visits. The environment is casual yet goal-oriented, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. The team sets professional and personal milestones and maintains a close-knit culture through regular social and team-building activities, including team coffees and lunches, birthday celebrations, office retreats in the mountains, volunteer events, and quarterly "Forced Friendship" outings where the entire office participates in a hobby selected by a team member, such as games, hiking, volleyball, sailing, or community service projects.
