Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design roles and/or construction.
• Professional Bachelor's degree from an accredited School is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative design concepts, sketches, renderings for a wide range of projects.
• Collaborate with design team and report to leadership for assigned projects.
• Develop design documents from concept through construction with attention to budget and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors as needed.
• Present design concepts at planning boards or public meetings if required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and projects milestones.
