Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Skilled in COA code and zoning rules and analysis.
• Proficient in preparing construction drawings.
• Strong design sensibility and graphic skills.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software.
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Site Analysis and code/zoning research.
• Project management for residential and commercial work.
• Drafting and 3D modeling of construction drawings.
• Conduct site visits to observe progress and translate drawings into built work.
