You will coordinate design with technical groups and may mentor less experienced colleagues, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple project segments.

The position emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and a passion for knowledge sharing within a multidisciplinary studio.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required and 3-6 years' experience.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively.
• Desire to expand the expertise of our design team.
• Comfort with collaboration across all aspects of architecture design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commercial, Food & Beverage or Grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in all aspects of architectural design.
• Provide an outstanding client experience for our projects.
• Knowledge of construction documents and standards.
• Experience in construction administration.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
