Job summary

Actalent, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer to support project managers through all design phases, producing schematic and development drawings. The role involves construction document work in AutoCAD and may include marketing and office admin tasks.

The position is based on a fully onsite schedule in Ewing, NJ, with a 37.5-hour workweek and a pay range of $26.44–$31.25 per hour. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in roofing or capital improvement projects, strong design

Qualifications

• Prepare schematic design drawings and design development drawings.
• Excellent design and technical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong initiative in construction drawings, educational design, higher education, drafting, construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic design drawings and design development drawings.
• Contribute to construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Engage in marketing and office administration tasks.
• Track projects and become familiar with FVHD database system.
