We are looking for highly motivated and thoughtful designers with strong design sensibilities, solid technical abilities, and a genuine interest in how buildings are conceived and realized. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, organized, and eager to grow within a design-focused practice.
As a generalist firm, our work spans a wide range of project types and scales, including high-end residential, hospitality, athletic, workplace, multifamily, and institutional projects. Current work includes collaborations with internationally based architects as well as projects developed fully in-house.
The role will involve participation across multiple phases of design and documentation, including design studies, consultant coordination, drawing production, visualization, and construction administration support. We are looking for individuals who are interested in both design and technical development, and who are excited to work closely with principals and project teams in a collaborative studio environment.

Our office is located at the foot of Potrero Hill in a shared studio environment with other creative professionals. We maintain a collaborative and engaged studio culture with close principal involvement, direct engagement across all phases of projects, and an emphasis on long-term professional growth.
The position is Bay Area–based and involves regular in-office collaboration, consultant meetings, and periodic site visits. While the studio supports a balanced and flexible working environment, the role is centered around in-person collaboration within the office and project teams.
