About the Opportunity

I am partnering with a growing boutique architecture studio in Fort Worth to identify an Architectural Designer with 3–7 years of professional experience.

The practice has a strong project backlog and a diverse portfolio spanning student housing, commercial, hospitality, residential, adaptive reuse and large-scale planning. This opportunity offers direct collaboration with firm partners, meaningful design involvement and exposure to projects from initial concepts through construction.

The firm is seeking someone who enjoys varied responsibilities, wants to strengthen both design and technical skills, and is interested in growing within a collaborative studio.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000–$100,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.


• Schedule options of four 10-hour days with Fridays off, or four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday.


• Periodic bonuses, often tied to project completion.


• Year-end profit sharing based on firm profitability, with eligibility beginning in the employee’s second calendar year.


• 3% employer 401(k) contribution, regardless of employee contribution.
