Job Title: Job Captain

Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034 Onsite role

Contract: 12 Months W2 Contract role

Pay Range $55-$65/HR based On experience

Manage internal and external teams and multiple architectural projects while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and project standards are met. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, consultants, and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of project/people management.
• Architectural and construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred: Bachelor of Architecture, SketchUp, BIM360, and residential construction experience.
