Job summary

American Society of Interior Designers seeks a Job Captain to lead multiple architectural projects from design development through construction documents. This onsite position in Fort Washington, PA requires coordinating internal and external teams to meet schedules, budgets, and standards.

Applicants should have a relevant degree orcertification with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in project/people management, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of project/people management.
Architectural and construction knowledge.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, teams, and outside consultants.
Support design development, construction documents, lot-specific projects, and revisions.
Ensure deadlines, budgets, quality, workflow, and standards are maintained.
Review and interpret construction codes and project requirements.
