The Architectural Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in St Louis, MO. This team member will create and refine architectural concepts, develop detailed construction drawings, and support the design of modular and panelized building systems. Daily responsibilities include producing schematic and detailed design documents, creating panelized design sets, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and ensuring design solutions align with project requirements and building codes. The role involves translating project needs into practical, buildable designs, reviewing and adjusting plans based on stakeholder feedback, and assisting with design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
