Job description

Position: Architectural Designer, OMA AMO Architecture P.C., New York, NY

Duties: Lead the establishment and development of project design direction. Lead and coordinate the production of architectural design presentations. Create diagrams and renderings for architectural design presentations. Present architectural design options to design Partner-in-charge. Produce and coordinate technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. Refine architectural designs through developing detailed drawings. Coordinate with consultants. Develop architectural design concepts through parametric modeling using Grasshopper. Test design options through 3-D modeling using Rhino. Plan out design options to test for the team.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Architecture plus 4 years of experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; 3 years of experience in architecture design post-graduation; 3 years of experience with Rhino; 3 years of experience working on all phases of complex, large scale architectural projects; and strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio.

Salary:Salary range $94,925 to $109,051 per year.
