Responsibilities
- Lead the design of projects by working closely with MHPA staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Produce drawings, models, and renders to effectively communicate designs to clients and the entire project team.
- Lead the development of project interiors and the selection of finishes by working closely with client committees, vendors, and trade partners.
- Assist with project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and workflow.
- Assist with Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- License preferred, or license track.
- Excellent architectural and interior design skills, with strong creative abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Sketchup, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
