Key Responsibilities
As an Architectural Designer at MPA, you will:
Participate in all phases of design, documentation, and the architectural process.
Provide support during the construction phase.
Create presentation graphics for client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with project team members to conceptualize designs from inception through completion.
Assist with client communication and project management.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Assume project leadership responsibilities as you progress.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills over time.
Influence and help shape the firm’s culture and direction.
Qualifications
A NAAB-accredited degree in architecture
Minimum 2 years of full-time architectural experience, including wood frame construction (residential and small commercial)
High proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and InDesign), and Enscape (or other rendering software)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset
An understanding of building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
Progress toward licensure is preferred
LEED accreditation is preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Half-day Fridays year-round

Location
