Job summary

Wendel is seeking an enthusiastic design professional to join our Eau Claire, WI architectural practice. The role focuses on developing projects from concept to construction under supervision and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Architecture required.
• 6+ years of experience in a design firm with strong design, construction documents and construction administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Revit and Photoshop helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute project development from concept through construction under supervision from lead architect.
• Mentor entry level architects and grow into leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Execute project development from concept through construction under supervision from lead architect.
• Seeks to mentor entry level architects
• Seeks to grow into a leadership role

• Construction Administration Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Architecture.
• 6 plus years of working experience in a design firm with strong design, construction document and construction administration experience preferred.
• Excels in communication and working in a team environment.
• Revit and Adobe Photoshop competency a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
• Excellent organizational skills

Salary Range: $67,000 - $80,000

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
