Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach classes as assigned and as outlined in course descriptions and syllabi.
• Supervise the study and learning activities of students.
• Submit requests for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids via the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher.
• Evaluate the academic progress of students.
• Demonstrate knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook.
• Submit course grades and perform other administrative duties as required.
• Schedule two office hours; provide a written plan if office hours cannot be scheduled; note that office hours are not paid during the summer session.
