Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Architecture Intern in Irvine to support design development and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from licensed architects.

Responsibilities include using Revit for building design, assisting with planning and programming, and contributing to deliverables across design phases. Expect hands-on site exposure and collaboration within the Irvine office.

Qualifications

• Citizen of United States.
• Currently enrolled in an NAAB-accredited architecture program.
• Familiar with Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Use Revit to support design and development of building types.
• Assist with project planning and programming.
• Help integrate architectural, engineering, and specialty design elements into cohesive client solutions.
• Contribute to design deliverables through conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases.
• Receive mentorship from licensed architects.
• Visit project sites and connect with clients to understand design and construction processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the Irvine office.
