Job summary

hillcraft in Madison, WI seeks an Architectural Casework Estimator with 3+ years of experience to prepare detailed bids for casework, millwork, and related items in a fast-paced setting. You will create accurate T&M takeoffs and ensure the completeness of submitted bids.

You will work to align proposals with LEED, FSC, and AWI guidelines while maintaining strong attention to detail and teamwork within an established AWI shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of architectural casework bid estimation experience.
• Demonstrated experience with all aspects of Division 6.
• Ability to create T&M takeoffs for custom items and ensure bid accuracy.
• Familiarity with LEED, FSC and AWI guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed casework and millwork bids in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of bid accuracy and completeness.
• Develop T&M takeoffs for custom items and ensure submissions meet guidelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to align bids with specifications.

Architectural Casework Estimator

hillcraft, a leading Madison WI based architectural casework manufacturer, seeks highly experienced, detail minded individual to prepare detailed casework and millwork bids in a fast-paced setting. Minimum of (3) years experience required. Demonstrated experience with all aspects of Division 6 required, including casework, millwork, standing & running trim, counters and desks, tops, solid surface and metals. Candidate must be able to create T&M takeoffs for custom items and will have full responsibility for accuracy and completeness of submitted bids. Familiarity with LEED, FSC, and AWI guidelines is a plus.
