Job summary

Alexander V. Bogaerts & Associates in Michigan is seeking a CAD/Revit Drafter with strong architectural design experience to produce 3D models and detailed construction documents.

You will support design development through construction documentation, coordinating with consultants and maintaining drawing sets. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, and BlueBeam is required; in-office schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of architectural or construction experience; architectural degree preferred.
• Advanced skills in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rendering Software (Enscape) and BlueBeam.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel) and related tools.
• In-person office schedule: Mon–Fri 8am to 5pm; remote work not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and construction documents.
• Prepare architectural drawings using CAD and modeling software.
• Coordinate drawings with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, etc.).
• Maintain coordinated drawing sets across project phases.
